Rebel Yell 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

Neat. Nose is sweet spicy butterscotch. Taste sweet caramel butterscotch with a sweet cinnamon red hot finish.

Not only is this a wonderful supper, the packaging is superb! Nose: definitely hints of fruits, apple, cherries…also get cinnamon and caramel. Finish: Cherry, citrus, and some oak. And lastly l, don’t forget the spice! A terrific pour!

One of my new favorites, definitely underrated

A spice similar to a rye whiskey. Nice vanilla burn for a 50% ABV. Loved trying it but wouldn't be my to go burbon.

Spicy with a long vanilla finish. No burn is the only clue its 100 proof. Tastes like a barrel proof. This bottle says "aged since 02/06" and I bought it last year. So around 13 to 14 years old? Definitely a keeper for the price.

On the nose - Ridiculous amount of vanilla, similar to vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting, sweet and rich. On the palate - big vanilla is there with orange zest, creme brûlée, slight oak. Not a big finish yet not surprising with no rye. Very easy drinking - makes you want to keep going back for more.
