Tastes

Nose: Honey roasted peanuts, vanilla, caramel, oak, cinnamon, sweetness. Palate: Honey roasted peanuts, butterscotch, oak, spice, cinnamon red hots, vanilla, caramel. Ends with a nice vanilla sweetness along cinnamon spice and oak.

Nose: Warm brown sugar, toasted marshmallow, rice krispy treats, oak, maple, and vanilla. Palate: Brown sugar, crème brulee, maple, vanilla, toasted marshmallow, black pepper, and charred barrel.

Nose: Rye spice, wintergreen, chewy caramel candy, brown butter. Palate: Cinnamon red hots, honey, rye spice, heat, and caramel candy. Lots of alcohol up front. You can definitely tell this is on the younger side. I enjoy it but it doesn’t seem as well rounded as Uncut Unfiltered.

Nose: Butterscotch, caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, butter cake, brown sugar poached pear, honey, oak, and a bit of banana. Palate: Caramel, vanilla, oak, cinnamon, buttery banana bread towards the finish.

Nose: Dark caramel, red apple, charred oak, cherry, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Palate: Brown butter cinnamon apple pie, caramel, brown sugar, baking spices, and a peppery finish. An excellent pour!

Nose: Caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, peanut butter, brown sugar, oak, corn, and rye spice. Palate: A bit thin but carries some flavor. Vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, peanut brittle, and some cherry. A good basic bourbon at a great price.

Nose: Sticky toffee pudding with dolce de leche ice cream, vanilla buttercream, charred oak, cinnamon, and a hint of maple syrup. Palate: The sticky toffee pudding notes carry over to the palate. Rich toffee, sweet vanilla, dark fruit, figs, charred oak, cinnamon, ending with spice and heat.

Nose: Banana split, caramel, marshmallow, vanilla, maple syrup, and oak. Palate: Vanilla, banana bread, milk chocolate, caramel, maple syrup, and toasted oak. Ends with a bit of spicy heat. Another nice new expression. Hopeful that this will be easy to find.

Nose: Honey, banana bread, strawberries, cereal grain, marshmallow, and angel food cake. Palate: Marzipan, banana bread, caramel sauce, rich oak, strawberry, cereal grain, vanilla, oak, and ends with some slight black pepper on the back of the tongue. A very approachable and enjoyable daily sipper.

Nose: Very spicy nose, cherries, eucalyptus, cedar wood, wintergreen, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Palate: Absolutely blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oak. A very pleasant surprise. Would gladly purchase again to always have on hand.
