This limited edition bottling is a release from Ross & Squibb (fka MGP) in Lawrenceburg, Indiana under its George Remus portfolio. The Gatsby Reserve bottling honors F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel "The Great Gatsby" which was published nearly a century ago in 1925. The 15 year-old bourbon was crafted by Master Distiller Ian Stirsman and his team at Ross & Squibb and it's bottled in an art deco designed bottle at a cask strength of 48.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma shows a touch of smoke along with toasted walnut shells, toffee, brown butter, and leather. The taste is on the bittersweet side showing a robust and hearty grain profile. Going back for more tastes, you'll get just a touch of bright sweetness. If you're not used to drinking long aged bourbon whiskeys, you may be missing the sweet caramel and the vanilla flavors. But the age of the bourbon certainly shows. Considering the (suggested) moderate price coupled with the attractive packaging, this makes a nice gift for any bourbon (or rye) afficionado. "
