To honor Ruth's jersey #3, a medley of three high-rye bourbon whiskeys aged were used in its creation — one from 2017 featuring 49% rye, one from 2016 with 44% rye, and another from 2017 with 36% rye. The blending percentages are listed on the bottle. The bottle features a label with a baseball diamond pattern and wooden cork closure resembling a baseball bat.
