Remus Master Distiller Experimental Series No. 2 is a limited-edition straight wheat whiskey produced at the Ross & Squibb Distillery under the direction of Master Distiller Ian Stirsman. Distilled in 2017 from the distillery’s 95% wheat mash bill, it marks the first wheat whiskey released under the Remus brand and is finished in a combination of tawny port, white port, oloroso sherry, and ruby port casks.
Bottled at 113 proof, it is the second release in the brand’s Experimental Series, an annual program highlighting unique grains and finishing techniques. Available nationwide beginning March 2026. (SRP $69.
