Tasting Notes
"The aroma is moderately intense with pungent cooked sugarcane, a mix of tropical fruits and red berries, and a touch of stony minerality. As you taste, the rum has a medium full body and the flavor displays more of the cooked sugarcane and mild barrel spices. It's mildly sweet and the long finish shows off more of the sugarcane fibers and an earthy back note. The rum has some mild roasty notes to it, and the barrels have added a bit of dimension. But the star of the show is the sugarcane — complex with something new to discover with every sip. Would recommend drinking neat. "
