Reviewed January 17, 2021 (edited April 24, 2021)If you want to know what corn brings to a bourbon, this'll get you there. Dark chestnut color. Lots of barrel on the nose. Corn, barrel char, a bit of ethanol. Molasses and dark caramel. Lots of ripe fruits, and a bit of baking spice. Sweet all the way through out, chocolate and more baking spice with a near cola character to it. Peanut brittle that's almost burnt. Corn and barrel all over this. Really quite enjoyable, even if it lacks dimension on the finish.79.99 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed July 13, 2020Nose: although bourbon, this smells like a mix of rye and wheated whisky. Doughy and yeasty. Charcoal, green apple, peanut Palate: full mouth with peppery cherry middle and thick syrupy long finish of smoke and oak.
