Reservoir Bourbon Whiskey

Too astringent for me

Nose. all corn on the nose. palate. light pecan. finish. tobacco, light cherry

this is great stuff. And has that nice fresh medicinal and Band-Aid knows when you first pop it, but that Mellows with a little bit of air and a couple of drops of water. sweet caramel right up front, and then a nice burn. this is some real worked corn whiskey. nice job.
