Tastes

Single flavor. No depth. Never matures. Meh

Smokey. Burned nuts. Round vanilla nose. Easy on the tongue but fire out the nose.

Lacks depth. Light vanilla. Round mouthfeel

Hard pepper. Some maple syrup. Harsh nose. Sweet.

Smooth leather and a little vanilla. A little harsh on the end. Really nice start and sits on the tongue well.

This is hard. I want to like this one but I can’t. Nose is caramel and leather. In the mouth smooth, but the taste is rotting leather. The pear goes right to bitter until it has had a lot of time to open up. The finish is short and mildly unpleasant.

It needs a little help to open the aroma of baking spice and vanilla. Great mouthfeel. A little apple. Very short finish, vanilla does hang around for a bit. Really pleasant and easy drink if you like sweeter.

Young. Plenty of vanilla on the nose. Some spices in the mouth but disappointing given the aroma. This had a hard finish for me. More promise than delivery.

Easy start. Strong hit on the nose. Warm all the way down. Muted flavor. Easy drink.

Heavy rye finish. Honey start noae hut goes acidic. Not my favorite. Ends with a medicine taste
