Lightly sweet on the nose, with notes of vanilla and a slight grassy quality. Taste is initially sharper than the nose gives off, with a bitter bite that mellows to softer, maple finish

The nose is fruity with honey notes and just a hint of floral notes. The palette is full, rich, and slightly oily while maintaining the fruity undertones. The finish is woody is and quite spicy, but pleasantly smooth.
