Denver-based Rising Sun Distillery makes certified organic spirits sourcing their ingredients from local organic farmers within 300 miles of the distillery. Their Lavender Hibiscus Liqueur is made by not only adding lavender and hibiscus flowers to neutral spirit before re-distilling, but they are also used to infuse the spirit post-distillation to add color.
