OK Rye, nothing special. Was worth the $29, probably would purchase again

Sort of faint on the nose, mint, crème brûlée, caramel, cherry, melon and pumpernickel. Sweet vanilla dominates on the palate, but there’s a strong a lingering spicy rye backbone as well. Otherwise I get apple, cherry, leather, cinnamon and oak. Finishes spicy and dry. Very solid buy in the $30 price range, and seems very approachable while maintaining a solid rye presence.

Mild nose, empty mouth, but good tingle.

Nothing remarkable here. Decent rye. Probably wouldn’t purchase again.

A favorite. A good, somewhat spicy rye.
