Nose: potent cherry, cinnamon, oak, vanilla, apple. Palate: spicy, cherry, caramel, cinnamon, pepper. Spicy sweet finish. Rich all around and pretty smooth for the proof.

Nose: oak, herbal, smoke, cinnamon, black cherry, toasted caramel, apple, vanilla, and throw in some lemon juice once water is added. Palate: rich, sweet, and hot; cherry, vanilla, apple, fudge, smoke, char. Fruity, smoky, rich sweet finish.

Nose: apricot, oak, cinnamon, red wine, lemon, orange zest, vanilla, custard. Palate: spicy, oak, dry red wine, bitter citrus peel, slight vanilla sweetness. Peppery finish. Water brings out a touch of richness, but doesn’t appreciably alter anything beyond that.

Nose sea air, barley, lime, anise, lemon peel, ash, leather. Palate anise, lemon peel, fig, leather.

Honey, oak, pear, cherry, toasted caramel, toasted butter, toasted marshmallow.
