Rock Hill Farms Bourbon

Dulce de leche, nutmeg, Irish potatoes, whispers of spearmint. Palate adds a little cocoa powder, some lasting spice on tongue, cinnamon & almost a little clove. Sits well at 100 proof. This round RHF>ETL

Nose: medium heat, vanilla, honey Taste: grainy (almost like a hint of corn grits), slight spice, light heat

Good nose, heat up front and strong oak flavors and finish throughout. Not too many notes of sweetness so no caramel, vanilla, or notes that help balance. Most tasting notes are woody.

My second tasting of this was very different than my first. Tends to happen with pours like this. Nose is smooth and mellow just like the taste. Nice oaky vanilla finish. Now to find this on a shelf... that becomes the problem.
