Rock Hill Farms Bourbon

So happy to finally have purchased this bottle & cracking it! Tried neat. On the nose it smells delicious with notes of caramel, oak, vanilla, leather, cinnamon, nutmeg, crème brûlée, figs, cherry, pears, green apple, and dark cherry. On the palate it’s smooth with a warm and spicy finish. Lots of spices. Notes of cinnamon, caramelized pears, tobacco, caramel.

Man that rye really comes theough at the end. Very comparable to blantons with a slightly more complete palate of oak and chocolate

Nice mouth, I'm leaning a bit more back to ETL

Light nose, sweet caramel with a minor spice finish, simple super, low legs, good amount of caramel and vanilla bean flavor
