Very smooth. Definitely sweet but the complexity of flavour balances it out. Butterscotch and plum, raisins, and a hint of tropical fruit. Oak, and gentle baking spices/cinnamon. Equal quality to Zaya Gran Reserva. A little heavier on the baking spices, less tropical fruit. $58 in Ontario.
