Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur is made by the Purkhart family in Austria. The fruit liqueur is made from Klosterneuburger apricots from the Danube Valley and other regions. Additionally eau-de-vie made from those apricots are also used. Fine to use in recipes calling for "apricot brandy."

The base spirit is often neutral spirit, but other liquors such as brandy can be used. Sugar is added before bottling. ABV varies widely.
