Tasting Notes
"The aroma has a pleasant roasted meat quality that couples nicely with the brown sugar. Smoke from the barrels comes to light as does baking spices. The rum is rich and soft initially with a sweet note, but that becomes bitter with hints of whiskey on the finish. A fine rum to sip if you are in the mood for bitter rather than sweet."
