RumISH is a non-alcoholic beverage created to mimic the flavor of spiced rum. It is made using three methods of production: distillation, steam, and extraction. The ingredients used include Madagascar vanilla, nutmeg, baked apple, and to provide the "heat" that a standard alcoholic beverage provides, chili peppers are used.
