Reviewed June 20, 2021Taster. Got a sweet nose of malted barley. Sweet and oily mouthfeel with bourbon, honey and a little Sherry coming through. Certainly a sweet Irish whiskey this, not bad. -

Reviewed January 24, 2021 (edited January 26, 2021)(Good Spirits Co. Glasgow – Virtual Irish Whiskey Tasting, 22 January 2021). Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks Aged c4.5 years Nose: Fruit, malted loaf, sugar, earthy Palate: Creamy, spicy, citrus & orange, honey. There are notes of oak, dried fruit and barley that all appear and disappear as you taste and taste again Finish: Numbing on the finish. A dry, fruity finish. Tastes like the casks are fairly active. Came joint second out of the six whiskies, with 14% of the final vote for favourite of the night. (64% of those present said they enjoyed the whisky). All of the whiskies in the tasting came very close together in the vote for favourite.47.0 GBP per Bottle
