Saint Cloud 7 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon

After resting for 15mins - N: Ripe red fruit, sharp Caramel or butterscotch, definitely big red cinnamon gum. Green-fresh cut grass. P: Chocolate, Malt, wheat. Plum, thick viscous nougat. F: Warm, sharp at first, but soon softens and hugs and lingers. Easy sipping, very inviting, would be good for winter

Okay , im going to start with the finish as it is still going. Very alcohol forward with apple/banana flavor and light caramel. It is hot, but interesting. A bit thin for the proof and more wood/age would balance it out.

Just finished this bottle a year after opening. Last pour was amazing! I advise letting this open up for a while and you will be rewarded.
