Sam Houston 12 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Batch CO-1 (Release No. 2 2019)

It starts oak forward with hints of bakers chocolate but quickly turns very dry and finishes with an unpleasant acrid note. Probably going to try this in an old fashioned and see if the sugar and citrus can cut that poor finish.
