RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is quite aromatic with toasted cereal, sweet vanilla, and dried banana chips. Very lovely experience on the nose. Moving on to the taste, the rye shows a medium body with a tangy profile. The fruit notes on the palate move on to a nutty trail mix with coconut and chocolate shavings. Overall, the whiskey is bittersweet and has the spices well integrated. Some savory jerky notes on the finish. "
