Nose: Sweet peat and salty brine. Cracked black pepper. Some light cereal notes. Palate: Sweet and jammy straight off the bat. Stone fruit and icing sugar. Tastes like a sweetened lapsang souchong black tea. Finish: The sweet smoke lingers on with sticky stone fruit jam and the black tea notes wander in and out.

Swill

Rubbery smell, intense rubber and upfront peat followed by lower-shelf finish. Sounds not great but honestly somehow a nice kick to get the party started
