Reviewed September 7, 2023Loved the flavor profile. Makes it a good sipping gin or for use in cocktails. Loved visiting the distillery too. -

Reviewed February 7, 2021Reminds me a trip to the Southeast Asia. The cassava base spirit, with 11 native botanical, also juniper berry and angelica root. Very very special tasting, both neat and G&T. But might be a bit weird since it taste like some Thai desserts in a liquid form. Nosing: pandan, coconut (not a botanical to this gin), Thai basil, tiny bit of junipers. Tasting: pandan again. I am tasting a touch of banana, and again a hint of junipers. Finishing: short. Updated on 22/03/21: I was too lazy to create another tasting note, I served this with a special tonic water (made in HK, infused with sun-dried tangerine peel and perfume lemon), it goes superb and taste like Coca Cola. The pandan, Thai basil, juniper and touch of vanilla come first, then the tonic water extends the finishing on the palate with circus and spice. I think this gin might need a sweeter and aromatic tonic water.52.5 USD per Bottle -
