Reviewed October 30, 2024An elegant, Single Grain Japanese Whisky crafted with 88% Koshihikari rice & 12% malted barley, aged in a mix of White Oak, Spanish Oak, and Sherry Casks before being bottled at 43% ABV. It has notes of grains, woods, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & bold life adds notes of Koshihikari rice, caramel, honey & Sherry; that led to a warm & balanced death of medium length with notes of oak, vanilla, roasted almonds & a hint of smoke.61.99 USD per Bottle
