It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & bold life adds notes of orange, English toffee & maple; that led to a balanced death of medium length adding notes of toasted oak, pepper, tobacco, & a touch of rye.

It has an aromatic birth with notes of earth, smoke, fruits, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich & complex life adds notes of baked agave, cassia bark, butterscotch & charred oak; that led to a tropical death with notes of burnt sugar, campfire, roasted agave, hints of tobacco, cocoa powder & red chili. -

Reviewed March 13, 2025An intense, Tequila from Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico cooked in an Autoclave; fermented in Stainless steel tanks then distilled twice in Copper Pot Stills before being aged for 9 months in oak barrels which were previously used for whisky maturation. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, earth & spices; while an elegant life adds notes of honey, red apple, green pepper & cedar wood; that led to a smooth death of medium length. Reviewed March 12, 2025A crisp, Agave Spirit by La Rojeña Distillery NOM: 1122 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico slow roasted in brick ovens, double distilled in copper pot stills, aged in Eastern European oak barrels then finished in California Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks that is then filtered before being bottled at 40%. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich & complex life added notes of berries, cream soda, vanilla, honey & toffee; that led to a crisp death of medium length with a touch of oak, caramel, cinnamon & white pepper. -
A crisp, Agave Spirit by NOM:1122 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico crafted in stainless steel, aged in French & American oak barrels then finished in port wine casks before filtration & bottling at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, wood, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of banana, citrus, caramel, honey, anise, that led to a quick & silky death with notes of toasted oak, pepper, vanilla, a hint of Port wine & smoke.
