Has a light, caramel scent but aslo sharp, feel the high proof in the nose. Its great in an old fashioned but not my favorite neat, a little too much burn for me

High alcohol content makes it feel light on the tongue. I enjoy it neat, on the rocks, and in an old fashion. My fav from Seven Devils
