Sheringham Beacon Gin
Formerly known as Kazuki Gin, Beacon Gin is made at Sheringham Distillery located in Shirley, BC on Southern Vancouver Island.
Locally sourced botanicals including green tea leaves and green tea flowers from BC's Westholme Tea Farm were used as well as Japanese sourced cherry blossom petals and yuzu peel in its production.
