Shibui Single Grain 15 Year Sherry Oak is distilled in Okinawa in stainless steel pot stills from Indicia rice and Okinawan black koji. The whisky is matured in sherry casks exclusively for 15 years using first-fill manzanilla and fino sherry casks.
