Shiner 'Shine Corn Whiskey

A remarkably beer-like nose, akin to a pilsner style. Smooth entry with a slight sour tang leading to an interesting subtle raspberry flavor. There is a soft bitterness and near tannic edge as the finish comes into play. We like this one for use in moonshine cocktails.
