Shinobu Mizunara Oak Finish Blended Whisky
This expression is named for the Japanese word meaning "forbearance", referring to the controlled skills of the Niigata-based operation's master blender. It consists of a blend of whiskies matured in ex-bourbon or ex-sherry that were sourced from multiple distilleries, then finished together in Mizunara oak.
The final blend is made from 50% grain and 50% malt and bottled at 43% ABV. .
