Shortcross Gin
Shortcross Gin is produced at Rademon Estate Distillery in Northern Ireland using a mix of local and traditional botanicals. Apples, elderflower, elderberries, and wild clover are layered alongside classic gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, citrus peel, and cassia to create a bright, floral profile.
The name Shortcross comes from the nearby village of Crossgar, whose Gaelic translation means “short cross,” a reference reflected by the Shortcross penny featured on each bottle. Every bottle is hand-filled and finished with a hand-applied wax seal at the distillery.
