Siembra Azul ("blue harvest" in Spanish), uses 8 year Highland blue weber agave harvested in the town of Arandas, Jalisco. After double-distillation, it ages for 18 months in American white oak sourced from Missouri. Their labels provide specific details of the tequila-making process for every batch, with information like the lead jimador's name and hours spent in fermentation.
