This is the 2024 release of New Riff Distilling Silver Grove Straight Rye. It is distilled from 95% rye and 5% malted barley and matured in new, charred American oak for a minimum 4 years.
The barrels selected for this release were selected from the top 2 floors of a five-story warehouse —the warmest in the facility. It is bottled at barrel proof.
