Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle combines two quintessentially British things: good gin and lemon cake. The lemon flavor is achieved by adding in dried lemon peels, vapor-infused freshly-peeled lemon, and lemon verbena grown by the master distiller himself.
The other botanicals at play are juniper, coriander, vanilla, and ground almond. Note: Available in the US with limited availability as of spring 2019.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma is filled with the lemon peels and lemon verbena which thankfully both are present and accounted for throughout. However, the juniper comes through solidly upon tasting with the taste finishing on a coriander and lemon verbena note. Although there is a touch of sweetness, Lemon Drizzle is not a liqueur (although Sipsmith does experiment from time to time, so fingers crossed they release one someday). Such a lovely experience--a natural fit in any Gin Sour, but would also try in a French 75 or even just a simple G & T. "
