Made with four wild, locally sourced botanicals — Douglas fir, yarrow, birch, and dillisk (an Atlantic seaweed) — this gin reflects the coastal landscape surrounding Skellig Six18 Distillery on Ireland’s southwest coast.
The distillery, which produces both Irish whiskey and gin, takes its name from the 618 ancient stone steps leading to Skellig Michael, the 6th-century monastic island and UNESCO World Heritage Site now widely recognized as Luke Skywalker’s Jedi sanctuary.
