Skip Rock Distillers, Nocino Walnut Liqueur

Skip Rock Nocino, made in Washington with green walnuts and bottled at 33% ABV in 375ml. Dry nuts and wood on the nose. Light maple syrup, bitters, and then lightly toasted walnut, fading quickly in finish. Ok for mixing cocktails. Would like to see a drier and more assertive walnut flavor profile for sipping.
