Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon

Salty caramel and buttery vanilla with toasted oak, embedded in a light rye cinnamon spiciness that fades into a long, oily creamy hickory-like smokiness. Sweet, but not cherry sweet or fruity. Perfect fit when I want a savory, salty bourbon rich in flavor.

Neat - spicy and oaky. Some vanilla and toffee. Long finish and oily. Sort of one dimensional. Very solid but left missing some fruity or citrus notes and wanting less spice/heat

Solid. Red hots and carmel. Smokey but not in a scotchy way. A bit hot, but nice to sip super slow. I think i prefer their small batch just a hair more. Dont hate.

Batch 23: charcoal, bbq nose, super rich palate. Caramel, fig, cherry. Batch 14: caramel nose, caramel palate. Little one note compared to batch 23, hints of rye spice on the finish Batch 37: 4.5/5 Batch 135: 4.5/5
