Sweet. Very smooth to a fault. Proof doesnt help but its a nice summer bourbon. I like the other offerings from Penelope better but cant argue the price here

Super solid. More smoke than i thoughg but very different for an Islay. Very floral with light fruit notes. Grains are present and nice. Very enjoyable with the lingering taste.
