Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered Bourbon

A little hot due to proof but super flavorful and very satisfying. Best with a few drops of water

Carmel, with some heat, great nose, even better on the pallet With a finish that last and gives notes of butterscotch tempered by the higher proof

First pour of this one. Nose is nice but not very forward. I was surprised how smooth this bourbon was given the high rye content and higher proof. Doesn’t overpower you at all. Very nice sipper that anyone can enjoy.

I don’t smell much. Caramel at the front. Mouthfeel is “oily” but doesn’t last long. Meh.

Neat. Nose is spicy vanilla caramel. Taste is sweet vanilla caramel up front with a long spicy vanilla oak finish.

Tobacco, butter, oak, caramel, vanilla and nuts on the nose. Similar to ECBP A120 from memory. Can definitely smell the MGP profile. Slight marshmallow per usual with the Smoke Wagon. Sharper mouthfeel but it costs the tongue well. Warm and long finish. Doesn’t drink too hot. Slight cherry and more tobacco. Great juice. I use the rating scale below. Distiller uses a scale of 5 and I use a scale of 10, but I’m sure you’re not too drunk to do the math! 1. Disgusting - So bad I poured it out. 2. Poor - I wouldn't consume by choice. 3. Bad - Multiple flaws. 4. Below average - Not bad, but many things I'd rather have. 5. Good - Just average. 6. Very Good - Better than average. 7. Great - Well above average. 8. Excellent - In a league of its own. 9. Incredible - An all-time favorite. 10. Perfect
