Reviewed December 26, 2022 (edited May 9, 2024)Smoky rich nose. Complementary leathery, oily and olives notes. Savory aromas. A hint of oregano freshness. The smoky character comes on even stronger on the palate. Oily chewy texture. The fruitiness and sweetness coming off the sherry cask envelopes the tongue offering contrast with the smokiness. Quite a wallop to the senses.
