Cant describe the flavor but reminds me of walking down cobblestone streets in Quebec & Montreal. Mellows out a lot with a bit of ice! A very nice peppery/grainy finish -

Reviewed August 15, 2021Tasting neat. Nose is spicy, with cinnamon and redhots underlined with subtle licorice. Palate is medium thick with leather and barrel notes. Finishes hot with more leathery spice. -
