Smooth Ambler Greenbrier Gin

Named after the Greenbrier Valley of West Virginia, this gin from Smooth Ambler Spirits is quadruple-distilled from a mashbill of 68% corn, 16% wheat, and 16% malted barley; which is the same recipe used to produce their vodka.
The botanicals used are juniper, coriander, cardamon, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel and black pepper, which are all added via vapor infusion.
