Tasting Notes
"This brandy is full of dark spices and the fruit seems more savory than sweet. The fruit becomes a little more apparent on the palate and though there is sweetness, it is just a small dose. There's a little green herbaceous note found as well. The brandy moves quickly through its flavors, however; first sweet, then fruit, then spice, and before ending with an alcohol bite. Would fare better as a cooking aid or in a cocktail; it's not really sipping material."
