Sông Cái Vietnam Dry Gin
Sông Cái Distillery was founded in 2018 and is the first gin distillery in Vietnam. The distiller & founder, Daniel Nguyen, is a Vietnamese-American who works with farmers and foragers in Northern Vietnam to source the botanicals.
For this dry gin, 16 botanicals were used like jungle pepper, black cardamom, green turmeric, licorice, and heirloom pomelo. Launched in the US in winter 2021, Sông Cái translates to "Mother River".
