Sonoma Distilling Company Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon is a seasonal Distiller's Edition release from the brand expected to be release each fall. This bourbon is made from a mash bill of 67% corn from California and Canada, 20% rye from California and Canada, and 13% malted barley from Wyoming (smoked in California).
It's aged a minimum of 15 months. Note: Formerly known as West of Kentucky #1.
