Rating strictly for my palate preference. 12/3/2023. Neat. easy sipper at 45 abv. Some brief citrus up front. Not overly sweet. Then it's ALL campfire smoke. Long finish. 3.5 - Good, quite enjoyable to drink. A perfectly well-made spirit which provides an enjoyable drinking experience. Worth checking out. Above average. 3.0 - Solid, wouldn't go out of my way to get it. Average. 2.5 - Meh, still drinkable if free but do not buy. // Below 2 – avoid, not good

Smoky and earthy. Yes. Had a bite that i didnt ecpect. But it waa good.

12.20.22 Served: Neat, Rocks Glass Bottle open: Unknown (bar) Last intake: Rye Whiskey Aroma: Blue cheese olives, vegetal, basil, plum wine. Flavor: Sweet, smooth, earthy, smokey, cocoa. Surprisingly smooth and non-piquant. Gentle on the tongue, but plenty of character. Dangerously easy to drink neat.
