Spettro Amaro

Beautifully crafted, though not my favorite. Forward on the bitter side; clove, anise, mint and coffee (?), maybe chickory (?). Definitely a sipper digestif, much harder to pair with a cocktail as there are little sweet or citrus notes. It will be fun experimenting.
