Springbank 15 Year

Very earthy and damp on the nose. Nose picks up on hints of fresh sliced apple. Thin legs in glass. Dirty gold on the eye. Tastes less of fruit and more of leather with the hint of the ‘funk’ often mentioned with Springbank.

Sweet. Not a lot of smoke. Tastes medicinal

Very good today. Honey and dark fruits on the nose. Some spice and peat on the palate. Long finish bringing it all together.

Moderate peat smoke and brine, treacle, outstanding oolong tea notes
